Manchester United’s Brazilian midfielder, Casemiro, has surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo as the club’s “King of the Gym”.

Despite both players having been practicing more bench work than they had hoped for, it appears that Ronaldo’s legendary abilities in leg-press have been surpassed. While Ronaldo is known to push 30 reps of 250kg, Casemiro can reportedly leg-press 300kg with ease.

Both players are in their mid-thirties and preparing for what could be their last World Cup. It is claimed that Ronaldo, who is known to take pride in his muscular legs, may have met his match with Casemiro.

Despite Ronaldo being more muscular and taller, his gym practice has yet to rival Casemiro’s power, which has impressed United teammates since his summer arrival from Real Madrid.
Sources suggest that Ronaldo needs to improve his game, given that Casemiro has quickly become United’s strongman in the gym.
Although both players have been seen leg-pressing 550kg between them, Casemiro’s ability to leg-press 300kg with ease has left Ronaldo having to “up his game”.
