Coach Erik ten Hag has been making waves at Manchester United, gradually transforming the team with the help of young talents such as Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, Lisandro Martinez, Casemiro and Antony.

Despite this, the Red Devils have had their fair share of difficulties this season, highlighting the need for further work. However, with another summer transfer window looming, Ten Hag has the opportunity to turn Man Utd into title contenders.
One area that the team needs strengthening is at right-back, and reports suggest that they are leading the race to sign Jeremie Frimpong.
With neither Aaron Wan-Bissaka nor Diogo Dalot providing enough stability, Frimpong could be a reasonable choice, having scored eight goals and made six assists in 29 Bundesliga games this season.
In midfield, United’s failed pursuit of Ryan Gravenberch last summer could be rectified this year. The player’s decision to join Bayern Munich prevented him from getting regular game time,

but with the potential move to Man United, Gravenberch could be deployed as a box-to-box player, allowing Casemiro to focus on defence and Bruno Fernandes to play in his preferred No. 10 role.
Of course, Man Utd’s number one target cannot be ignored: Harry Kane. The English striker has made it clear that he is ready to leave Tottenham this summer, and with Kane on board, Man Utd would have a reliable marksman, reducing the team’s dependence on Marcus Rashford.

Strengthening all three positions would undoubtedly help Man Utd to play more stably in the new season. With Ten Hag at the helm, and the right summer transfer moves, Manchester United could well become a force to be reckoned with once again.
